Finca Misericordia began incorporating Castillo coffee variety in 2015 and has now become the majority of our farm, overtaking the Caturra. The coffee’s origins stem from Colombia. This coffee is known for it’s resilience while also being a consistent and adaptable crop. This roast lends itself notes of biscoff and stone fruit, with an exceptionally smooth body.
