First sown in 2017 at Finca Misericordia, this coffee is now one of the main varietals of our farm. Parainema is a hybrid coffee that originates from Honduras where it was developed for it’s resilience but became known for exhibiting a good cup. In our tasting notes for the coffee we have found that it provides taste of blood orange, dark chocolate, and toffee.
