It has a range of characteristics that lends itself to a diverse spectrum of flavors and expressions depending on the roast. This coffee has been roasted for, but not limited to, espresso where you will most certainly be met with notes of brown sugar followed by juicy purple grape and finishes as a smooth, balanced cup.
