Parainema was first sown in 2017 and has prevailed as one of our leading varietals on the farm. It has a range of characteristics that lends itself to a diverse spectrum of flavors and expressions depending on the roast. Grown in Finca la Misericordia not far from Jinotega, Nicaragua at an elevation of 4429ft. Finca la Misericordia has been in the family for 4 generations. This roast expresses tasting notes of sweet lemon-head candy and juicy strawberry which shine through on espresso, pour-over, and coldbrew
